YiwuQC is based in Yiwu, Zhejiang. Inspection work is planned around the actual supplier or factory location, product, order stage, requested scope and schedule rather than assuming that every order needs the same checklist or service.
Our role is to provide buyer-side observations and documented evidence against agreed references such as specifications, approved samples, purchase information, artwork, packaging requirements and known risks where those materials are available.
Inspection observations are reported against the agreed scope and available references. Limitations such as sampling, access to goods and missing records are noted where they affect what can be established.

Define the buyer decision
We start with the product, supplier location, production stage and the question the visit needs to answer. A factory audit, finished-goods inspection and loading observation are different assignments.
Agree what can be checked
Buyer specifications, approved samples, drawings, order quantities, labels, packing instructions and known defects help define checks. Access, equipment, sampling and timing set practical limits.
Report the observations
The objective is to make relevant findings understandable through available photographs, quantities, measurements, comparison with references and stated limitations—not a blanket guarantee about the whole order.

Inspection boundaries
What standard inspection does not prove
Independent inspection can reduce uncertainty, but it should not be presented as a guarantee or as a replacement for evidence that requires a different method or specialist authority.
- Inspection observations apply to the agreed scope, accessible evidence and the time of the visit.
- Sampling does not prove that every unit in an order is defect-free.
- A standard onsite visit does not certify product safety, regulatory compliance, laboratory performance or material composition.
- Factory or supplier observations do not guarantee solvency, legal compliance, future capacity or future commercial performance.
- Technical products may require methods, equipment or specialist expertise that must be agreed before the assignment.
