This page describes the current public website as it is implemented now. It should be updated before any new inquiry delivery, analytics, cookie or third-party processing feature is enabled.
Contact information
The Contact page publishes direct email, telephone, WhatsApp and office-address details for YiwuQC business inquiries. Information sent through those channels is handled through the relevant communication service used by the sender and recipient.
The inquiry form sends the information entered in its fields to the YiwuQC contact delivery service so the inquiry can be received by email. No attachment upload is provided, and the website does not require a database solely for form delivery.
Analytics, cookies and processors
The current website source does not implement analytics or a cookie-consent system. Contact-form delivery uses the configured email infrastructure required to transmit the inquiry.
If analytics, cookies or additional third-party processing is introduced later, this notice should first be updated to explain what information is handled, for what purpose and by whom.
Technical infrastructure
Routine hosting, security or access logs may exist depending on the infrastructure used to publish the site. This page does not state a fixed retention period because no such period is established in the current project.
Data-handling statements should be reviewed again when production hosting and any operational contact channel are configured.
