Website information and inquiries

Terms

These terms describe use of the public website and its general inspection guidance. They are not a complete inspection-service contract and do not replace a separately agreed scope.

Informational content

Website content provides general buyer guidance. Inspection requirements depend on the actual product, order stage, available goods, buyer documents, requested checks and suitable onsite conditions.

Information on a service or location page does not itself confirm that a particular assignment is accepted or available.

Inquiries and service scope

Preparing inquiry details does not create a booking. Any future inquiry must be reviewed, and any accepted work would require separate agreement on scope, timing, access, sampling, reporting and other applicable arrangements.

Buyers should provide accurate and current specifications, references and order information. Decisions involving the buyer, supplier or other parties remain their responsibility unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Inspection limitations

Inspection commonly uses sampling and observations made at a particular time. It cannot guarantee that every defect will be found or that every unit is defect-free.

Website guidance and inspection observations do not by themselves guarantee product compliance, certification, performance, safety, shipment condition or commercial outcome. Laboratory, engineering, legal or specialist verification may require separate work.

Website updates

Website content may be corrected or updated as services, systems and verified business information develop. The terms applying to any actual inspection engagement should be set out separately rather than inferred from this page.
